The Δ27 Emergency Thermal Sleeping Bag is a compact wind-resistant and water-resistant emergency cover intended to help retain body heat when normal shelter or heating is unavailable.
Suitable for
- winter power cuts;
- vehicle breakdowns and roadside delays;
- temporary evacuation or shelter use;
- travel and outdoor backup kits.
Use
Use over dry clothing where possible, protect the user from direct contact with cold ground and move to safe permanent shelter as soon as practical.
Important limitations
This is not a conventional sleeping bag and does not create heat. It is intended for emergency heat retention only. Keep away from flames and sharp objects. Seek urgent medical help for confusion, severe shivering, drowsiness or other signs of hypothermia.
