Delta-27 is a project set up to combine risk-monitoring and civil-resilience initiatives by tracking 27 interconnected variables across global environmental, infrastructure, resource, governance and human-system pressures. The purpose is to translate and present those signals into clearer situational awareness to enable proportionate household and community resilience actions.
